Useful guide to those who are not yet aware.

This text considers the different perspectives/systems or views on what magick is.

What do you think of his ideas of magick? What would you add or subtract if you'd written on the subject yourself?

I wouldn't say the psychological is a system of magick as magick even in its basic form, taps into psychology. For instance, if you mumble, and the person next to you feels you just cursed them, and they end up sick for 3 days, to them it was actual Magick. You know it was not, you know the process was not genuine, but the result was still real. By the way, yes, that has actually happened, and they were sicks for 3 days. Perfect for my friend who did this, they annoyed him.

George, I don't mean psychosomatics, but actual psychological magick. For example, the use of incense and multiple associations that are used to tune your mind to the sphere you want to work in (in certain types of magick) and other things of magick such as automatic writing, psychism, the unconscious mind and symbolism, can be very well connected to psychology.

Psychosomatic magick may have an effect. I have no idea if that works or what kind of psychological make up it would work on, but words are magick, so even a mumble can have a profound effect.

I do admit I didn't read carefully,I thought Evoking spirits was part of the spirit system. If that was the case even psychological magick using incense may have been used to invoke or evoke.
