ok, so I suppose the first thing to do is give out my credentials well im a werewolf plain and simple, there you go. been living with it for a while. so some basic info for the young werewolf probably about 16 or 17 and your coming to this site expecting answers that you really wont find in the members on this site. not that there bad people there just part of a different culture and this specific group of them follow what is commonly referred to as a "left hand path" weather you agree with it or not the benefits or consequences of there actions is there own. truth is these people are working off a book written by a rather curious fellow that in all honesty may spell future trouble for and I use this term lightly "are people" his name is Luis Marquez and you could say he did in a way a good thing for these folk here giving them essentially a pocket guide to there history as a people, bottom line you have to think of them as Isis' grand kids and other than that what ever beliefs they have about how they were created as a species is up to them. Now I will be around for advice and help if you need it old korgoth wont leave you lying down. well with out further a dew allow me to start off by answering that question that's been going on in your mind since you started getting lunar linked pains and you started having flashes of rage every three seconds.
1)Will I physically turn into a wolf?
well the short answer is yes. The long answer which im sure your hear for is that its a progressing condition every full moon you will change a little more until about a year and a half into it when you will have by this time been changing for some time and your wolf has gotten so used to your body that you will grow hair all over your body and your nails will fill with temporary cartilage protruding from the center of the finger becoming claws and the condition will not stop there it will continue to progress until you start changing into what many have sighted through out California and many parts of Asia and Europe every full moon a far Larger than average wolf that runs on its hind legs at about 45 mph. eventually though this part I don't know for sure I assume that as we get older it gets harder and harder to revert back to a human form so in that sense we may be for lack of a better word "immortal" but that is a relative term when you wont be able to look human. I do not know if we lose are intellect I hope not. I know of this because even before I was painfully "awakened" if you can even call a werewolf realizing there a werewolf that I was friends with a werewolf over in baton rouge Louisiana good guy bit of a perv but all in all a loyal friend I saw him turn once and use this as a reference point for the year and a half time line.
2) What can help?
The pains your feeling and trust me I've been there, can only be helped with time im sorry but your body has to get used to the change until it adjusts to the werewolf anatomy which is ever changing.
Now as for control I recommend meditating and some light energy work you see the specific kind of meditation I recommend is the golden lotus formation which you can look up on your own it will slowly put you in tune with your body mind and soul as well give some much needed peace to your currently pain filled situation. The pain will decrease as time goes by and by the 9th month you probably will just feel a burning sensation in your body that's all. As for the energy work, look its no secret that we enhance our power from the moon but the moon is always near we just cant feel it when its on the other side of the earth except when we concentrate and draw power from it even during the day you can call on the moon after all its still near earth not in some far off dimension while the sun is up. this will take a while to master and I haven't yet but I have used it in tandem with some self defense tactics before and its proven quit effective well that's about all for now any other questions just leave in the comments id write more but im tired as hell so ill be seeing when when I see you. never stay up 72 hours kids.

This is clearly a post from some kid deep into delusion. It teaches nothing and helps no one. Learning how to type also wouldn't hurt, even for a "werewolf".

I wonder if I could get a job as a "left hand path" weather person? I wonder if I would become a personality on the "full moon" broadcast? I wonder if I could communicate with such a vast uneducated group of viewers on that channel? Only the Shadow knows..........

personally I don't really care. you kids who obviously deep into the delusion that you are not completely insane yourselves, really don't know much about were wolves and the reason I use werewolf as the term and not therian if that's the issue and your not just up set or hot under the collar because im not here to worship your fluff piece on vampires and asetians is because they are two very, very separate beings in that therians are only spiritually and mentally connected to animals depending on there souls to which animal. Now werewolves are physically connected to the wolf. you have to trust me on this its hard to explain to someone who hasn't gone through it but its a very physical process personally im only at the stage of transformation when my body just grows a little more hair and my nails grow out into sharp points on a full moon, but im a late bloomer so to speak and even then only in direct moon light. it might be hard for you to understand given that you are the opposite way, spiritual beings that usually see the physical world as nothing more than an illusion for what goes on in what I suppose you would call the relative term "reality" however it is quite different for a werewolf as the physical body is so much involved with the process. there is even a most likely gene that sets it off usually about 8 or 16 generations apart from each other in a variety of blood lines across the world from what I believed originated in Norway and took off from there across the world. again its perfectly understandable that you don't understand but that's no reason for hate though I expect once you read this you vampiric ladies and gentlemen will be sent into another literary hissy fit.

Again, I felt compelled to apologize as I was too critical in my words.  I came this morning to blame his delusion in part on the government school system and the teachers union who are responsible for most displays of this type in a profound inability to  communicate properly.   But here I find a piece from the subject that shows some improvement to a  degree in writing skills.  Shows he did not take the effort in his first post to make any effort at communication. It shows he does not have any respect for our site at all and is here as so many others in an effort to draw attention to themselves.  Appears to read too many comic books and play with the games rather than a study of any subject he might want to be included in.  First thing to consider is do not appear out of the closet and insult the group you have been invited to visit.  It is a completely dumb move.

Now, this is another jerk off that comes here to display his cry for help by a display of insulting us in his first post.  So I take back my apology as I see there is nothing but a lack of common sense.  We do not show any compassion for this type.  I do suggest you either get lost back into your comic books or go change your diaper and grow up but this type of display is not wanted here.
