The Origin of the Gods. Empty The Origin of the Gods.

Post by Kalb 13.04.14 10:54

Em Hotep,

A few days ago, I had a conversation with a friend that we talked about the origin of the Gods. According to her, the human being emerged only after the extinction of the dinosaurs. That is, after the meteorite colliding with Earth and destroy life, a new way of life arose, the human being.

Here arises a question:

- Do you believe that the Gods lived with reptiles? Or just lived with the human race?

When you say human being do you mean the species Homo Erectus? Or does it include all the supposed primate ancestors of the human race.

They must have. or atleast, once the meteorite hit, if we're following this theory, other beings could have just came to the planet but not on the physical plane. or yes they all lived together, but not necessarily in a human-looking god-form...?

but was there really a meteorite is the question i have. or was it a meteorite or something else. must leave the floor open for other possibilities since its still a theory...right?

Yes but it seems to be a pretty solid theory.

Kalb I'm sure the Gods have lived with every creature and life form that has ever existed in this planet or any other. The thing is that Gods don't really need a body or to look like what you would call a human to live among us, as Demonia said.

I think gods as well as others has their own evolutionary path, what parts us the most is experience and knowledge/ know how … ( my view, anyway ). When it comes whether they where here or not with the dinos …I have no idea Smile .. then again this also rises a big other question: what do you consider as gods or goddesses ? cause the word in it self means something that is higher then your self .. and that can be measured in many ways …

In the forum topic Ancient Mystical Paths, we have addressed Mark Allen Smith and his works.
I found an interview with him and at about 31 minutes in, he talks about the Gods before man and such.

I honestly have not thought much about this topic. I do believe that Gods existed before man.
Maybe as the Gods changed and evolved in their own ways, we evolved as well.
Kind of like maybe a form of co-evolution.

On the African planes, the relationship between the cheetah and the gazelle is a classic example.
Only the fastest gazelles can escape the cheetahs, and only the fastest cheetahs can catch the fastest gazelles.
So over time, only the fastest survive, and it's leading to an incredible increase of speed in both gazelles and cheetahs.

And we as man, may have evolved and grown along side the Gods until one day we grew to be too much. Therefore the Gods could have separated themselves from us and placed the Abyss between us, so only the strongest (fastest Razz) of men could reach the Gods.

I do find it interesting that about the 33 min point Mark does make an effort to address this very thing.   Saying that the Gods were part of the animals inner soul structure and then a part of the brain.....just like there is the same with the human inner soul structure and the Gods direct the way of our brain.   Makes me think about the shell some of these beings present to our view when they appear and speak to someone or if they are standing there and say nothing but just give mental thought.  Mark indicates the Primal Gods are part of the brain of each species....or so that is the way I received it.

Either way, this man presents some food for thought in a way I have never heard before.  Might just be me and my sheltered existence........

This thread seems worth reviving.

I believe if one follows the Ogdoad Cosmogony, the answer to the original question would be apparent. (That the Gods were responsible for creation.) But then studying the Asetian Bible and Book of Orion becomes even more interesting, because Aset is "the beginning, and has no end." And also, this sentence from page 66 of the AB is interesting... "Her true nature, intentions, and archetypical form should never be thought of lightly."

Also it is described in the AB that Sep Tepy began at- well, the beginning of time. So it would make sense that Gods existed with dinosaurs... but this is just my view.

This makes sense.

Well that's an element of divinity, this concept without time. So they ever were and ever will be.

I am wondering if this is simply a description of the divine essence? Because I do wonder, if all gods always were and always will be, how some of them were born of parents. (Like with Gods such as Anubis and Sobek.)

But given how mythology seems to make it look like Gods change form all the time, it is somewhat difficult to decipher a lot of the things.

One giant puzzle. Wink

You're maybe right as this is all very confusing and hard to understand. We're discussing concepts that we're not really bound to understand at least not while alive.

Metaphor usage is extremely heavy in the ancient Egyptian myths... it seems this way to me, at least.

An example, the hieroglyphs... so mesmerizing to study and stare at. They really do seem to be sigils, drawing me in and hiding many secrets in such a seemingly simple format.

Post by Naoom 17.11.16 13:25

From the earliest times there have been those human beings who have
claimed to have blood lineage with the physically immortal Annunaki,
the gods who returned to this world and created the slave human race
from their own genetic essence. Human beings were specifically
created as mortal workers to gut the earth of specific materials in
mining for the Annunaki and were bred to remain subservient.
However, there was also some interbreeding of the Annunaki with the
slave stock and these god-humans and their descendants are of the
Royal Blood. It is from this ancient source that the entire concept of
"divine right of kings" was derived. Those who today carry that Blood
as a dominant influence in their makeup are the Lost Children of the
Family. The purpose for which the modern Temple of the Vampire
exists is to find and assist these lost members. For the last twelve thousand years, the history of mankind has consisted
of those of the Blood struggling to rule the worker humans on behalf of
the Annunaki Who are the original Great Vampire Gods.
