Thank you, Jonathan. To be totally truthful, I do not know what any of those sites talk about as I do not waste time in ever looking at any. VCN means the entire whole damn mess of them.

Basically I think “endangering yourself” might be true the way to understand it ... being a bit more careful is probably the right approach to everything in life, in general. I’ve seen permanent consequences. I’ve also seen complete reversal of bad health, miraculously. I pray, in general, for guidance. It’s pretty real the more positive affects that can have on your life. I don’t really want to sound like a preacher... but if I was giving the best advice I could. It would be praying about intake and also what you project because both seem to have an affect on the body. I hope you understand where I’m going with this advice.
