Generally, it's a good tip to avoid processed hydrocarbons and white flour.

Eat healthy food, and when you're hungry. There's nothing wrong in eating something pleasent like a candy or something like that on a weakly basis for example. Though, try not to eat for gluttony all days, or you will be feeding your own Ego.

Actually the many of the more advanced vampires don't eat human food in order to survive.They do it for pleasure.Also if you were a vampire as you stated you would know vampires don't get sick.

Who are these advanced vampires you talk about? How do you know vampires don't get sick?

Jessamine I am sorry but I can't tell you how i know these things.Take my words as just another opinion and verify to yourself what I claim to be true through other ways.

Vampires don't have a human soul but they do have a human body, so of course they can get ill. Blood or energy feeding is not a replacement for food either. It's not even meant to work like that. The feeding is metaphysical, it's intended to unlock energy abilities and has nothing to do with biological feeding.

Their body is human, so they can be ill or healthy just as any other human.
Some Asetian lineages are even prone to certain diseases. For example Viperines are prone to have a weak immune system, but Guardians normaly have a very good Immune system.
Ill health is a very complex subject, it depends from many many things.
