Something I wanted to share and get input on

I was meditating one time, and I would like to do it in front of a mirror because seeing my reflection disappear makes it more interesting. But in this particular instance, my reflection became a shape-shifting man. By shape-shifting, I mean young, old, and different positions too...even though I myself was sitting, the reflection would change to a man laying down on one arm. What could this mean?

You could be seeing visions of a past life which also gazed into a mirror, or you could have projected yourself to someone else, idk.

Could you tell us some more about the different men who appeared in the mirror?

Like...age, cloths, accessories...

If they were from different ages we could walk more on the past-life path.

I'm fairly sure it was one man who could change appearance, but it could be different men now that I think about it. I think I thought it was different men at 1st, but someone had suggested to me that it was probably all 1 person, and that idea stuck.

They were all different.. beautiful & menacing, young & old. I really don't remember much detail. But seeing my reflection change position to laying down was fascinating.

It could be some form of spirit.

Like an guardian or something that decided to appear in your mirror to show its there.

I only ever see a woman's eyes myself. When I use my mirror to enhance my meditation, I tend to travel places or just look inside myself at the swirling vortexes of energy and time. It can be fascinating. Once, in my inner realm, I looked at myself in a mirror and saw myself burnt all over. Eventually it fell off and I was glowing gold, which was odd. But that's not related to this.

You do seem to be seeing a memory of some kind. I don't know what, as I'm still a beginner at my endeavors.
