Recurrent dreams Empty Recurrent dreams

Greetings everyone,

What makes me write today is something that happens to me many times and I want to share with everyone from this forum.

Since I can remember, I always had this kind of dreams. They are very lucid dreams and they repeat, the most important parts, for a few days.
When this happens, usually, I wake up very tired and I get a strange feeling during all the day.

Happened to me several times, dreaming recurrently about dead people and then someone actually die. Usually they are close people.
Or dreaming recurrently about my Love, before I know him...

Well... I keep a Dream Diary, where I write in detail every dream that I have. Even though at times I don't remember them very well.
This Diary is a litle of my research, not only about this dreams, but also about Myself.

The mind reveals many things in a diffuse way, encoded. And anything has influence on dreams: what we see, what we read, what we think, what we feel, what we eat in these days, the fears, desires, the year, the moth, the time, the moon, the sleeping position...
That is the why that the work of discovery of the Self, is so complicated.

It is very important to write everything the best detailed as possible.

With this, I discovered that I'm developing some psychic abilities and I'm starting to learn to control them.

I wonder if any of you also do some similar work?
Do you keep a diary?

Blessings,

Personally I don't remember much of my dreams, so I usually don't write down those experiences. I do keep a log book of my rituals and metaphysical experiences though, almost like in the tradition of the Book of Shadows from the witches.

I would have loved to, but as I have a son now, I can't and most of my dreams dissapear as soon as I wake up to crying.

I do however, have very vivid dreams and I can't beleive they aren't real when I wake up. Rarely have I known I was dreaming, and I have never really taken control of my dreams.

Em Hotep.

Jonathan: that is really nice. It's another thing that helps in the Self evolution.

VexStygian,

First, be welcome to the Vampirism Forum.

Well... it becomes complicated with a son. But it isn't impossible. You need to have some time to you, to take care of you and to invest in your evolving. This should never stop.

Blessings,
Kahina.

I am in the same situation - baby boy - and I have found that it makes me want to learn, explore and evolve even more than before. Sure, it is more complicated with such a huge responsibility in the way. But it is so rewarding when you do achieve something!

As to dreams, an experienced person once told me an interesting trick: set the alarm one or two hours early, then when it goes off just doze back to sleep (one of those alarms with double settings would go well here). While you are going back to sleep (should not be too hard, as you are already half asleep) think of what intrigues you most, or even of a place you want to go. If you are patient, eventually your dreams will be much more significant and easy to remember. The kid will sooner or later develop a reliable sleeping pattern, too. That will make it a lot easier Smile

THanks for that info. I have always liked setting alarms and going back to sleep! Recurrent dreams Icon_razz I have never thought to dream of a certain place though. This should be interesting.
