The Life of the Asetians Empty The Life of the Asetians

Post by Victor 16.01.11 7:15

I decided to write this short post after reading certain opinions that have been flying around, not only in this forum but in other places as well. It is not meant to change opinions or stir formed ideas, but just to work as a word of caution.

Asetians live in a world most of us are unable to comprehend or to properly imagine. Their reality, their lives and their minds are something unthinkable not only for the common human mind, but for the advanced occultist as well. Even those who have dealt with them at some point in their lives still are unable to fully understand the world they live in, as nothing is what it seems, and they cloak their reality behind a veil of smoke. A deceiving veil of smoke called "normality", to cover what is special under a face of commonness. And it works... Vampires many times present themselves with ordinary lives, when truth and fact is very distant from such reality. They don't allow outsiders to see into their world, and the ones that are allowed closer, are never as close as they believe they are. They are still behind a thick curtain of smoke... one that can only fall through initiation, by being accepted into the Family, and that does not happen through distance.

Rest assured, many of you may think you know about them, how they live, who they are, how they think... but you don't. The Asetian underground is one of the most well kept secrets in history, a spiritual safe haven for pure souls, and one of the very few that successfully passed the test of time... truly conquering immortality.

I like you very much because you're direct, Victor. But this time you're not Direct. Can you be more specific? Don't be shy.

Post by N.Augusta 16.01.11 9:30

Excellent post Victor! I love it, and am so glad this is being addressed.

I remain at my position that it is not our place to know much about them. That is not a bad thing, it is something that should always be respected. Respect is far more important than general curiosity.

We have been given the gift of a little glimpse, and for that we should always remain eternally thankful. When I think about how much I am growing spiritually from just having a little glimpse, I remain ever so thankful, as I am sure so many of us do.

Post by Jonathan 18.01.11 8:36

I agree with the other users, this was a very good post, and can serve as an example and lesson to certain people. It was a good reminder to us as well.

I also want to highlight Augusta's post, that works as a good companion to Victor's words, completing what he said with a very important point. The thankfulness for the little glimpse we all were able to get into their culture and life is something I can totally identify myself with, and I cherish that very small insight as something precious, something to be very proud of. It is an enlightening gift, as I am sure many of you feel it this way as well.

I agree it is not my place to know everything about such magickal and ancient creatures, as their secrets will remain hidden for centuries to come, but I am thankful for what I have found and learned about them. It allowed me to grow and to evolve. It changed my life in so many ways, as it did with so many other souls out there. For that, we can't demand more, but instead be forever thankful.

Posts like this should get sticky on top. What do you think?

There are many important pieces of information scattered throughout this forum that maybe should be located and put on sticky. It helps the new users finding relevant information.

Very moving words. Masks, veils and smoke screens. No one would ever suspect what's just below the surface of my fake yet understanding looking smile. I very much identified with your words. Every now and then I get tired of hiding the other side of myself from people. I want to just to be without excuse.

things freely given have no real value. those things one individually has to work to attain, have a far greater value to the person. Rather simple, don't you think?

The Life of the Asetians Empty Re: The Life of the Asetians

Post by Lynskha 25.08.17 7:47

Greetings.

I am new here. I found the forum when I was searching for some info about Aset Ka on the Internet. Over many years I have been looking for ways of self-develpoment, inner grow. Through experience, I learned that our path is buit with different blocks we tend to find as we walk, and that our way is built at the same time we step on it.
It is a link between different kinds of knowledge, practices and other things we learn or simply remember.
Intereseting how we are always revisiting things we have learned, and that we have new ways of applying, understanding and living it.
Funny how, sometimes we maybe find an answer for one thing, but then, ten other become new, ou we have new questions and doubts about it.
I came across Aset Ka site, long time ago, but I guess I was not mature enough to understand many things related to it.
I started learning, searching, going through many different experiences that enhaned my way of thinking, that maybe, MAYBE, got me a bit more prepared to see new things, to step into a new "level".
I am always learning, and willing to.

One thing about this part " Asetians live in a world most of us are unable to comprehend or to properly imagine. Their reality, their lives and their minds are something unthinkable not only for the common human mind, but for the advanced occultist as well."

I always feel that even the topic vampirism is something that many occultists don't understand. The real thing, the real feeling. And even harder may be , Asetians.

The burden or the gift is equal in balance. And I see balance is the key. As the universe flows in an eternal dance of forces, it is always in an amazing, incredible masterpiece dance. And when you can feel it, deep inside you, you feel part of this cosmic dance, you feel your role, and you start to Be, and no only exist.

The need of secrecy is necessary, although many things about many paths are open, even if very clear,, if you do not have the correct "lenses" you won't be able to understand or even to see it.
Many things are not to be comprehended by anyone, not because of superiority, or inferiority, but simply because they ignore it, or don't have any interest.
Sometimes just curiosity brings people to look for some things, but just that.

There are some theories that say that , when we see something, our brain associates to something we had previously seen. So some Ancient Knowledge is like that, it echoes inside us, that's why it makes sense.

There is a lot we can learn, but a great part of what we really need to know, the True Knowledge, Wisdom, can only be taught in a different "place" , the non physical one. And it is what I feel about some things, and Orders.. and maybe Aset Ka.

It has been really rewarding for me to get in touch with info about Aset Ka, and Asetians, as I come to find some interesting things and discover a lot about myself.

Regards.
