Learning about Hypnosis

Greetings.

One of the most important themes at the moment for me is Life past Regressions. There are a lot of answers that can't be discovered without knowing what we were, what we did...

I know there are some techniques that can be used by a person to make the other traveling consciously to the past.

What i am trying to know is the name of some good books that teach us how to hypnotize others with the objective to do a regression to the past lives.

why others ? didn't you need it for your self ?

Anyways ... what about : practical guide to past life memories , by Richard Webster ?

there are 12 methods mentioned in this book, I have it but I haven't got the time to read all of it , so I don't know if it works or not ... but I am looking trew it now ... and it seems like a good tool , if you don't have so much experience from before

Or hypnosis for change by josie hadley and carol staudacher ?

May I ask why you are looking to use hypnosis as a method for accessing your past lives?

It is worth spending some time developing good meditative techniques too. This will allow you to access you sub-conscious, consciously. Which hypnosis will not.

I would politely steer you away from the method of hypnotism, and more towards simple meditation.

Learning how to communicate with YourSelf is a good step towards being able to unlock hidden truths about your past.
Practise silence and stillness.
Learning to hear your inner voice is a skill worth acquiring.

It takes time, patience and determination - but most occult practises are the same. There are many good websites and books available should you feel you need them to assist you, a google search will turn up many for you to choose from.

I also agree with Talibah. Meditation can be far more effective and powerful than hypnosis. It can also be harder to practice, despite its apparent simplistic approach. It is often underestimated as well as poorly practiced. People think all it takes is to sit down and block out all thoughts to be meditating, but it is nothing like that. Some advanced meditative practices can be as complex and powerful as elitist metaphysics. It can also take long years to master.

Don't you think concentration is the key to advance to the next level ?

Year ago I had success with a CD. A past life regression guided meditation CD. All the new age shops have them. Check it out.

Yeah... see this was when I was 19, I'm now 35. So 16 years ago. I may have the cd buried at the bottom of my closet. I've been searching on and off for it for years. lol.

Well, here's the thing... you see, we can find people all around that say they have accessed their "memories" form their past lives, but have they really?

Frequently, we see people coming out with books on the subject with their self-professed "methods". We can also find, on numerous forums, people making false claims that they have accessed their "past lives" and that they were "this" or "that" in their past lives. Like a friend once said to me, 'you will find so many people claiming that they were someone important in their "past lives" though you never hear of anyone making claims that they were just a silly drunken farmer.' That is a good thought to ponder on for a moment. I think the key to past life discovery is to access your akashic records, otherwise, how can you be certain? I think more people access their imagination rather than their past life memories. There are so many that claim to do "past-life regressions" for the right price. As we know, there are many charlatans out there.

There are a lot of posers out there, that's for sure... but that doesn't discuss all past life regression experiences.

If some one wants to do past life regression, It should be to further understanding your own essence, to gain your "memory" back, so to speak.

In other words Its mostly for personal use, there would be no need for someone to tell the whole world about what they have experienced, as long as it is of no use to others or if someone asks you if you have tried it, or if the experience cant help another.

I also want to add that in one of the books I mentioned, there are one or more of the exorcises that uses meditation as a base platform.

Through Hipnosis, you can access to your Akashic records. That's why i believe it is the best way to access to my Akashic Records.

Yes, that is one of the ways to do it.

If you (anyone) have never reached your akashic records and are not very knowledgeable on the subject, then how would you know that you actually/ truly even accessed your akashic records under someones hypnosis? (Just keeping it real!) I think that if someone says they can hypnotize you and get you to your records, extreme caution should be used, because more than likely, they are making false claims for your $$$. So, you see, if you (anyone) could access your own records, then you (anyone) wouldn't need to be hypnotized by another to reach them.

To be put under hypnosis by another is to subject yourself to manipulation which can even possibly be dangerous. I wouldn't allow anyone to do that.

@N I agree, but you can also learn how to put your self under hypnosis, and personally: that was what I thought we where talking about.

So my advice, well, I don't have any. I can only express my two cents. Most will never reach their akashic records as that is very advanced. You just can't know anything about your past lives for "certain" unless you access your akashic records.

So for me, I'm not going to put much energy and effort into the past life area as other things are more important to learn. I have much to learn before I can ever get to the akashic which I probably never will and that is okay. This current life is what is most important.
