Isolation in Darkness

I sit alone. Away from people, away from life. Avoiding light, alone with only my arms, thoughts, and darkness. When I try to reach out to someone, anyone the world pulls me away, people can feel the difference between me and them, it terrifies them... It even terrifies other vampires... So I remain alone, forcing myself to stay strong, not to slip, losing my connection to emotion, to others.
