AB to VT Mineral Changes

I’m sure this has been discussed elsewhere but so far as I know it hasn’t been brought up in the forum.
Reading both the Asetian Bible (AB) and Violet Throne(VT), one will notice many differences which are noted by Luis Marques. One of the more obvious changes besides the grammatical editing to the AB within the VT tome is the mention of which minerals belong to which Shen in the Shen Mapping appendix (see comparative list below). On a metaphysical level some of these changes make sense and seem connected, while others seem to provoke more questions in the mind.
In VT, every Shen is assigned less or more minerals than in the AB except for the Third Eye Shen which remained with the same minerals. The Root Shen no longer listed jasper nor specified which color tourmaline; to the Sexual Shen was added Topaz; Amber was removed from the list for the Solar Shen, which was called Solar Plexus Shen in AB; Green Tourmaline and the specific color “green” of jade was removed while Malachite was added to the list for the Heart Shen; Lapis Lazuli was removed from the Third Eye Shen list while Aquamarine and Sapphire were added to it; Fluorite was removed from the list for the Crown Shen.
What are your views and/or interpretations of these differences?
