soul shakiking sensations and body changes

I HAVE FELT a soul shaking sensation while I lay still,but my body is not shaking. Do any of u knw what that is? and when u evolve does yur body change?

I have been having that feeling too...I feel it as an inner vibration and I truly can't explain it or what it is.

I also have been having this feeling, when I meditate it is stronger and also in places with High metaphysical vibrations...unfortunately I do not know what this means...

It is probably a loosening of the subtle from the physical. It feels like you're moving, but you're not. Read a bit about phantom limbs; how people can feel arms they no longer have, or those who feel they have a tail when there isn't one. Sounds like subtle sensations to me.

Yes, but why is this happening Daniel? what could be some causes?

I have felt my insides shaking in moments of very low energy, on days that I neglected meditation and have been living very non-spiritually, living thinking too much about the physical than the spiritual. Like I am far from my crystals, far from a silent place to meditate.

I think I experienced something similar once during meditation, but maybe from low energies. The feeling doesn't sound pleasant.
