How do you no if you have to feed ,for psi,psy vampires

i need to know
how to know when i need to feed i always get bad headaches but im not sure if that has any thang to do with it so i went to the doctors and they said it was noting rong they dont no why i keep getting these headaches so please hellp me i realy need it

Where are the headaches in relation to the head? The different types can be related to sinuses, migraines, or "other" (including deficiencies of certain vitamins or brain injuries).

And then there's the question of, is there really any connection to needing to feed and having headaches, or are they merely occurring at similar times. The "always get headaches" suggests that it's unrelated because they would go away when energy levels are satiated.

While learning energy manipulation you tend to get into the habit of checking your energy levels and keeping an eye on how much you need.
The more you practise things like in psi balls, astral projection, dreamwalking etc the quicker your energy depletes.
You just have to learn to gage and recognise where your energy levels are. Lots of meditating and concerntrating on your inner self will help.

Adding on to what Lyprith has said, some basic symptoms of not feeding are fatigue, migraines, mood swings, dizziness. Someone can't tell you when you need to feed, you should know it yourself. It differs for each vampire. Some feed once every day, or more. I hope that has helped.

Thy have thee most insanity things that occur at night sometimes I shalt go into a trance state and begin to chant and taste blood apon thy mouth I haven't gordged apon blood in years but I have got a group to lower the psy Walls of a victim and drained them spiritualy I never knew that I was doing it at first but I am exteamly spiritual so does this just meen thy has upon him broken chakras? And is only acting in the way of a vampire as I have drank blood since I was teething

thy eyes change colours depending on thy mood I have an with Jupiter and have always have had a deep obsession with vampires and only just have found out about asetians but a year ago had found out about akhkharu was apparently the first but don't quote me on this.

So this brings me back to my original question am I just acting out of a broken chakra or am I true as I never considered myself part of prey and I try to hold my urges down so I've only been psy feeding but the pain is gettin unbearable my teeth clench then snap I shake and the cattle just egg me on arrg please shed some light also I stopped my baby tooth from growing so it frozen in time I'm so confused shed me some light

What does you dentist tell you ?

And pr say, humans are know more pray then vampires are, they need each other to stay in balance .....

I have read a few and thank you my doc tryed to tell me it was an adult but it's never came out as I wanted to be young for ever and it never did it's even still White but chipped and twice as small as an adults hence baby tooth Smile

And thank you also when you say only I can answer my question I fill I have alleys known and am afraid to let my self go and grow into my true self because I don't feel I will stop my soul pushes me and I force back I get this once a month

I know when I need 2 feed when I feel tired but can't sleep and my face get plale
And I can feel my palms tingleing and cold sweating also my eyes start heating up I mean they start to get warm as well as the inside of my mouth. And when I can taste the blood and feel the vibration start flowing I am normally feeding with out controll meaning some random person maybe around me or lying dormant in my mind. I am making my tasty meal!

I get similar but I haven't feasted on blood in about four years and it hurts I get a voice that is another language that is kind of echoed it goes forward and bounces back to me and give me a scan of my whole area I begin to shake and the blood and ka/chi taste is exreamly high like all my sences my hairs stand on end my teeth clench my eyes bulge behind my sun glasses my fist clench in my leathers and my body wines as I hold back and just psy drain the nearest person

If I could feast on blood with any problems I would my twisted tooth is die-ing for a feast but I enjoy my freedom the worst is Halloween is just around the corner this is my hardest control point it hurts to hold back pain in which is hard to explain

Agree. You can also experience an urge will to feed. You will be "anxious" for feeding if your levels are very low. One of my symptoms is to have difficulty in stand (so I need to lay down or to sit immediately) because I start losing sensitivity on my legs and feet (that only happens if I'am under a severe stressed mood and don't feed in a regular basis).
