The Book of Death.

Is there a trial after death? If yes who are judged? What happens to Asetians Elders after Death? They pass through the "trial"? I am interested in learning about this subject. What you can say about it all? specially Maktub and Victor.

I doubt any of us will have a definitive answer to that, despite some personal speculation or belief...

I personally am not sure if Asetians would experience the so-called "trial", that apparently "gives them access to the afterlife". They naturally go there after their physical death, do they not? Being Asetians and Immortals...

I think that the Asetians are the lords and kings of the other side, the Duat and Underworld. That is their native realm as the Asetian Bible says. In here, among the living, we are under the rule of mortals, but beyond death, the Asetians are the ones to rule.

Just as a small note :
"The Book of the Dead " (not Death ) , was the uninspired name given by an egyptologist , for the "Spells of Coming Forth By Day" ancients spells, and instructions so important ,sacred and deep that deserve in my eyes more the name of Book of Life.

Just a pity, that they in later years took money for there sins...and was liberated from all sin. ( looks like something I have seen before..... )

I believe that they ether got a second chance in the material plane ( I think they got 7 chances ), whit other circumstances ( karma) or they where disintegrated.....

What would be the most scary thing for a ancient Egyptian?
Well, to not exist......
