Can You be part of TWO lineages?

I'm sorry i'm new to this whole thing but, is it possible to be, say a viperine and a guardian. I may be making a fool of myself and i hope i'm not offending anyone, it's just, i can't help but associate myself with both of those categories exactly. (I understand that they are polar opposites from each other (VIPERINE AND GUARDIAN)) but it would make sense to me since i sometimes feel i have a strong split within myself.

Well, to begin with, the discovery of the self (ie. what one is in spirit) is not something that a person very easily knows or feels. To answer your question, I have heard no such thing. There are three ancient Vampiric Lineages and though they often interact, they do not mingle. There is a great diversity among Asetians of all Lineages, but there is no direct mixing.

No I do not think it is possible to be part of more than one lineage.

However, you may feel as though you are. This can be many things like relating to both lineage and having some characteristics seen in both lineages.

However, as Daniel said, knowing who your 'self' really is, is not easy. It takes a long time to find out what one truly is. What I advise is just some basic introspection and meditation. Be aware and always alert, and take note of anything you find is odd or interesting along your path, but please do not ever jump to conclusions.

And yes i know it's hard for someone to find themselves for who they really are, because so many people try to be something there not, ...

I know it must seem impossible for a beginner to have themselves down so easly but, what I've heard of the viperine so far almost, NO COMPLETELY FITS ME.

the only thing is that I've always had the want for LOVE. Someon TO LOVE. Anyone.

If theres anyone who can give me some insights on this whole thing please, do so.

The only piece of advice I can give is this: Give it time. Also, ask yourself what would be different about the way you live your life if you were in fact Asetian. Would you suddenly feel the need to act high and mighty within your mind toward everyone else? Or think you have unlimited power? Just give it time, and perhaps an answer will come to you about whether or not you are what you might think.

I would agree with Daniel and Ivy, I also don't think it is possible for someone to be different Lineages at the same time. Each Lineage is very unique in its own way, and as the Asetian Bible explains, they express the 3 different ways in which the Asetian soul can develop in terms of their nature. An Asetian can only be of a single Lineage. Given that each Lineage has very interesting characteristics, sometimes people may be tempted to wish they could be a mix of several Linages, but I don't believe that makes sense.

There is also the fact that parts of the Asetian descriptions were purposefully left out of the public book. If a Lineage fits someone perfectly, the hidden aspects may be the separating lines between fact and fiction.

then I'm deeply sorry for not knowing what i was talking about. It seems though, that you think I want to believe I'm an Asetian because it might make me better than i already am, which i can understand... but i don't want to be different than who i already am, I KNOW WHO I AM. And i like me.
...All i want is a way to make sense of this all, LIFE. And where i stand in this world you know? And so far all of the explanations given to me in the past haven't quite hit the spot for me. My Curiousity. And I've came to the point where all of this chaos in the world between everyone makes me want to think that there is none. AND THIS WESITE, it makes sense of it all. Atleast for me.

I do not believe I know anything about what you believe. I was just presenting a question I have even posed to myself; that if I was this special thing, would it really mean anything?

I agree with others. No, you cannot be two lineages at once. Yes, all lineages have things in common, such as loyalty, love for Aset, honor and depth, but there are small things, and even energetic differences between the three lineages that separates them greatly.

I believe that it is possible for an Asetian to possess qualities of other lineages, for example a Guardian who is great at metaphysics like the Viperines, but that does not make them a Guardian/Viperine hybrid. Each lineage has something deep within them that only their lineage possesses. I am hoping that the lineages are explained on a higher level, in a possible future Asetian Bible.
