Big problem need help

hi my name is Isabelle,
and lately think I been not so good I need to talk to someone,at the hospital they test for porphyria just dont know why but I feel that is positif
I just feel lost and confuse what whould I do, I decide to start to write  so soon I will write a song poem and concentring on writing my book, I cant sleep and Im not tired itss so strange
I wast sure if I should write in this forum but I really need to talk

What results did you get from the hospital tests?

hmm they still havent givent to me but they kept me in hospital for 1 month, but I dont remember all of it, Im supose to call them

somethin telling me is positive
hmm I dont know but Its getting wors I feel strange my body heat is colder then the norm and other thing I just dont know how to explain I just dont feel good

You mentioned doing tests at the hospital back in 2016 where you said you suspect they were positive, now over half an year you still don’t know the results and remain suspecting that they’re positive? What are you playing at?
