Forsaken - TOAK Video

I made this video to express what I feel towards the life of Asetians, or close allies of the Asetians, that were scattered in the darkest times of their history... but a bigger reason why I created it, was to share it with you all, to know what you feel towards this topic. On a more personal level, I also wanted to ask and know how many people feel that sense of bond, loyalty and connection with the Asetian Family... so without fears of being criticized, feel free to open up and share with us your feelings towards this. From personal experience, I know that many people in this path feel that bond... for one reason or another, whether they indeed have been allies in past lives, or something in their hearts just needs them, a lot of you do feel this...

The video itself, at least for me, was quite emotional and somewhat depressive... perhaps a few of you may understand it, if you also feel this sense of sadness and sorrow for the lost Asetians, scattered, far from the Family...

Forsaken

This pain I feel
Shakes me to my core
Poisoned by my dark obsession
I am dying from this need
It takes over me
Pulls me under
Deep into my memories
Where you exist

My past is all erased
Forgotten, faded
Everyone I have ever known, I let go
I need no one... no one but You
There is no light in my path
Just a desire
A wish
Hiding within a vast shadow
Only real when I close my weeping eyes
The evanescence of a dream

Locked in the cage of my own mind
These tears always come
Every drop, tells a story
Of hunger for Truth, which I cannot pacify
My screams for help
So silent
Only She can hear me
Has She forgotten me?
Has She forsaken me?

Oh how I long to feel Her gentle touch
Embracing my Soul
Her tender gaze, cooling this violet fire that burns within me
Only She can close these open wounds
Silence these cries
Tame my fears
Numb the ache of my suffering
I need You, Mother, more than ever, I need You
Take my shaking hand in Yours
Guide me back Home

the feelings are so overwhelming ..you told the story ...every single line of your poem is so true .. and these tears can not be stopped ...I just can not add more words at this moment ,

This was another beautiful video Victoria. I honestly have to brace myself for the emotions you create, as even though I can understand them, they are strange to feel after being "dead" for so long. (Just to clarify, that's simply referring to how I think of myself before I "woke up").

This was very beautiful, Victoria. I have little to add to what the others have said, and I am just as touched. For me, this feeling of nostalgia and yearning is just as strong in me. Your final words, "Guide me back home", express exactly the silent plead that I have inside.

Very touching and expressive. Another well executed video from Victoria. Particularly the way the poem is read, I believe her spoken arts are better than her video skills. Very poetic and as you expected, it can certainly touch most people that feel that need, sometimes even despair, to find their way back home, and closer to the Asetians.
