old soul Please help me!

Hello
I wanted to know how to recognize an old soul?
Could it be that my soul is old because I am only 20 years old and have knowledge in fields I have never studied. What could be the reason for this?
Also, I get a lot of energy from the cold and the moon, what could be the reason for this?
I meditate a lot every day, but I don't sleep well at night
Please help me to know myself

In my experience; many behaviors/mannerisms might be indicative of identifying an old soul. Maybe how that person feels about a certain thing It should be outside the "norm" if that makes any sense.
