hello everyone (i got help)

after so many years of putting my self threw pain cuz i had no way of coun trolling my felling or countroling my self. i went and i got help from my horid ways. i am happy to say that my past is behind me and that i know now what to do when i am in deep pain.

i went and i turned my self in to the phycard. i told them i need help. i am going threw medetation therapy and i have been going threw some spiritual medetation as well and healing medetation
