Hypnosis and the vampire

Do you think that Asetian vampires can be vulnerable to the effects of induced hypnosis?

I do know that studies conducted by scholars within research organizations like the VWG have concluded for vampires to have increased resistance to hypnosis, therapeutic or otherwise.

I do not think these scholars have been encountering Asetian Vampires. The reasons for resistance to hypnosis are numerous and random. I do not think it would much different if they had studied "normal" folk. There would be many resistant, and many susceptible.

Asetian Vampires though, I think it depends on their stability for one. A Viperine in a weakened energy state may be susceptible to many forms of mental control, even from themselves. The Guardian would probably be most resistant in most cases, their shields stopping the mental control from another source. The Concubines may be extra susceptible, or extra protected, since their energy cycles constantly, meaning trying to hold them in a solid state would be difficult. Their energy would refresh before the hypnosis could take hold and they would feel nothing, most likely. Viperines, being masters of energy work, would probably cycle it out as well, unless they desire to be hypnotized, for reasons such as past life regression. It would surely only be done with someone they immensely trust.

I believe that if an energetic rape was to happen to an Asetian against their Will, they could certainly notice it and act immediately against it. They are beings who take their "distance" very seriously, meaning if one is to step near them in any way without their permission, energetically, they will act against it, and act harshly.

Now, if they are vulnerable to hypnosis by a human, by their own Will, allowing it? I doubt it. Though I am looking forward to other's input on this topic.
