Take back your spirit

This is very timely and interesting for me. Just yesterday, the spirits I work with instructed me to do this and how it should be done for me. They told me to recapture the part of my spirit that had been taken away over my entire life through sex.... also, they instructed me how to sever or cut any connection with that other person and regain my entire spirit back. It is done. It was odd in that they pulled up every person my entire life over and I did this individually instead of in group fashion. This is very real, I can tell you first hand. I was very surprised to see this article today but it is more confirmation that the Spirits that work with me are the best.
