Guardian Training Routine Empty Guardian Training Routine

Do anyone of you have a training routine to make sure you stay physically fit?

This is mine:
Walk/Run/Jog: 3 miles per day
Push Ups: 3 sets of 10 2 times a day
Pull Ups: 3 sets of 10 2 times a day
Dumbbell lifting: 10lbs - 3 sets variations 10 times at 2 times per day
