The breathing techniques. I have actually had been some looking for new ones for a little while now. I have also been trying to better control my natural ability to sense and direct energy rather than have it happen a random. I use a few that have helped me do that some. However, none of those worked as fast as this did. I find the other things he uses it for interesting as well and will try some of them out too.

Really interesting video, thanks for sharing Maxx. Wim Holf expresses things clearly and I like that he actually performs some of the exercises. I'm lighted-headed, lol. It reminds me a little bit of this book someone gave me when I was a teenager called The Silva Mind Control Method - but Wim Holf's explanation of things is way better in my opinion. I only read the one book but apparently he has a lot of them out. I like that this video is available for free on youtube in an easy to digest format.
