Look who is back at writing too. Lots of community activity lately it seems. It feels great to see such an old community thriving even after many decades.

Unlike certain other groups that try and try and try… but yet still die.

"Unlike certain other groups that try and try and try... yet still die and die and die." Now that rhymed even better.
As for the blog post, Lyn, well written and good to see you write. To deal with our issues seems to be paramount in occultism and spirituality for a state of healthy psychological balance, to know ourselves deeply, through our own unconscious and resolving various problems. There's indeed the risk of an overblown ego. Sometimes that's a blinder to itself that disables us from actually seeing. Therapy can play a large role. Whether that's seeing a real therapist or managing self-therapy by different practices that tap into the unconscious, though those are difficult to master and require our honesty. The risks of self-delusion can run high depending on the spiritual maturity of the individual, so beware of dangers and remain humble.
