What Does The Shrine Look Like? Empty What Does The Shrine Look Like?

Post by AnaInDark 14.10.09 23:10

All this mysterious news and talks about the Asetian Shrine has got me to fantasize about what the Shrine may look like. And not just the looks... but what it may contain within its walls. It certainly includes an epic altar to Aset, but, when you all think of the main Shrine of the Aset Ka, what image goes through your mind of it?

It would be interesting to know what you all think.

I imagine a beautiful house, Egyptian in feel... many statues and Kemetic paintings. Many crystals and metaphysical objects... Perhaps dark or sand-colored walls, and not to forget, a breath-taking altar to Aset. Since it would probably be the main altar, it would be a great one.

I imagine that the Asetian Shrine would be beautiful, but not in an extravagant golden display of wealth and material devotion, rather in a more subtle way. Every Asetian being their own piece of dedication to Aset, their actions and demeanor attesting to her greatness, while to an average eye, it would seem as if nothing extraordinary was being presented. I feel that while the walls likely no longer hold the history and lessons, that the library which resides within the Shrine would be an amazing thing to behold as well.

It must be a beautiful place, not to mention to the strong energies when one walks within the Shrine, and the powerful energetic shields that protect the inside of the Shrine, and keeps the energy flowing, pure and fresh, while keeping the unwanted out.

I am sure it must be one of the most magickal places on Earth, as well as highly spiritual and metaphysically protected.
