How do you know you are a vampire?

I wanted to know how you know you are a vampire (are you born as a vampire, or can you become a vampire in the astral realm/change yourself spiritually with witchcraft into a vampire)
I know you can't physically change the way you look, to look vampiric lol

Can someone explain to me what they have experienced when they had a awakening as a vampire? I understand everyone else's experience would be different. I respect the occult, spiritual knowledge people have but it's frustrating when people aren't very helpful, when I am genuinely asking for advise, help to understand certain concepts better.
I seek knowledge, hence why I ask questions but get nothing but trolls replying which is not helpful.

Now, how would this apply and be any different for this so-called human being changing themself into a vampire and trying to figure out how one becomes vampire plus? Sounds similar to a dog trying to learn how to become a wolf after being born a dog.

I am beginning to view this as being somewhat of a pathetic cry for help and wanting to change their position in life from born a commoner to becoming a Princess by just calling themselves Princess Blood. This is not a rational situation and it appears to be a mental health issue and is growing daily in its severity.

Blood thirsty, if I may, it sounds like you want directions on this aspect. There are none. It is my personal views that change and development requires study and hard work. Perhaps channeling your energies into that might serve you better.
