Ancient Egyptian Language

Does anyone know good sources for learning the Egyptian language? I know it requires extensive research and I'm willing to do the work.

Besides colleges, etc... where can one learn to read/interpret and understand hieroglyphs?

As far as books go there's this: https://www.amazon.com/Hieroglyphs-Handbook-Yourself-Ancient-Egyptian/dp/0571197442 and a few others but I don't know how useful it'll be as there are no reviews. Happy hunting!
