It means that you probably should be using some sunscreen protection.

Or a hat. Hats work well in the sun.

Also, arm yourself with a powerful squirt gun, a monster sized hand-held battery fan....Oh, and extra water bottles just in case.

Yes you should wear sunscreen. Don't forget each day that passes by the Earth it's getting more and more pollution and the ozone it's much more damaged than a few years ago.

Scientists are actually now stating that the ozone is in much less danger due to the proactive efforts of civilizations to reduce their pollution mark. Others say that the ozone issue was a cyclical thing and that humans are not making a huge impact, especially considering that volcanoes on Earth produce more pollution than all civilization combined.

What is reprehensible is the human desire to destroy where they live and turn it into an idea of comfort that was founded by a ridiculous religious dictatorship on their minds over time. The tradition of "destroy all you can and be civilized," is horrible for the planet and its natural beauty and composition.

The truth is that nowadays I feel much more the effects of the sun (that are more visible on the redish skin too) than sometime ago. It would be good if people started to concerning with the place they live. But only some do it.

Because the sun gives off a lot of heat as well as radiation. Most people tend to suffer from sunburns if they stay in the sun too long. I wouldn't worry about it. Just try to cover your skin, wear hats, or use sunscreen.

or produce melanin the body's own natural protection against sunlight damage.sunny or draw in the suns energies through the seven sacred pillars to cleanse and revitalize your auratic field, this help to build charisma as well as longevity cheers and your sensitivity towards the suns will ease in time, and also you can also buy some liquid chlorophyll that works with time on the body as well,to help produce melanin.

Divine, I have the same problem. Just consider sunglasses part of your body. And make sure they are good ones, with UV protection.
