Drake, regardless of opinions, Truth will always remain Truth. If you claim to be part of some group of vampires older than the Asetians and don't provide any evidence, you will not be taken seriously. This is not an insult, simply cause and effect.

In another thread you stated you believe vampires as a race are older than the Asetians. You're right though, text can be misconstrued very easily. I am not here to add to the argument... just to give a different perspective.

If you have any evidence of your claim I will be happy to hear. In my view, which I try to align with Truth as best as possible, the Asetians are the original "Vampires".

This is not a place for entitlement. It's a place for learning and understanding. Those who are capable of doing that remain, overcome their inner struggles and endure wiser and stronger. Those who aren't leave, often in frustration and anger.

In that sense this is a unique place indeed...

Well said and truth often forgotten.

I do believe though that it's relatively easy to sift through those who are honest and seek real knowledge from those who only want validation and to dress up the vampire archetype.

Indeed. I feel we gave this individual more attention than he/she deserved.

don't necessarily agree with your assessment but you might be right.  I see it as the more involved the back and forth became, the more apparent it became clear what was taking place.  We have seen enough of this kind of horserace to deal with it early.  But if I am wrong then it takes a different path in another type of interaction and it becomes much plainer to see the real personality.

Not to worry.  Mayberry has a regular bus route that stops at the front gate every month and lets some of the same type characters off here.  Just hang around for the scheduled delivery  and you will see the same type day in and day out.  It never seems to change.
