Emotional vampires

I'm new to this forum. I haven't read the Asetian Bible yet, but when I find it, I'd like to read it.
Recently, I have a problem with getting along with emotional vampires. I am a psi vampire and I can talk to other types of vampires without any problems.
Does anyone have a similar problem?
I have now noticed a stagnation in my country in particular in the entire vampire community.

What do you mean with emotional vampires? You mean vampires that feed on emotions?

Also, what do you notice with the stagnation?

When it comes to stagnation, hardly anyone wants to do anything about vampire society.Many groups have ceased to exist. And in those that are there, nothing happens and hardly anyone is active..
