Psychic Vampire VS Vampirekin (Vampire Otherkin)

Is there a difference between these two identities and how they work?

If I am reading this correctly- you're suggesting that Vampires can be born of other Vampires? Or cross-breeded (probably not the correct term here). But even so- I don't know enough anyways man.

As far as Rael knew, the psychic vampire was a creature in folklore. They feed on the life force of other living things.
Well, it appears in the mystical beliefs of many cultures, as well as in the world of fiction.
