ASTRAL PROJECTION

Can everyone astral project? I am not sure if i had the experience right. I slept with one day really having the intention of astral projecting. After awhile into sleep, then suddenly i realized i was in a sleep paralysis. My eyes were half open at the time. I tried to get up and break free, but every time i got up i felt this separation its as if my spirit got detached from the body and then i got pulled back to into my sleeping position. So i calmed down and woke up really slowly. When i finally was released i felt a sudden rush and the separation was complete. I was literally against the wall of my room. I couldn't turn my head to see my body. I was terrified at this moment. Then i tried to approach my body. Just as quick as i was out i was back inside my body and i woke up from my sleep. Ive been having dreams within dreams for many days. Ive experienced almost 2 to 3 levels of it. Verification needed. Is it normal? Did i astral project? Thanks

normal..... almost. But you had no control. Your mind did not take control of the mother ship.

How can i take control of the mothership then?

by mental thought process. All you have to do is focus your thoughts on where you want to go at that point. Eliminate any fear and go with anything else that will appear. There is no way that you will hurt yourself or be hurt.

THANKS what abt the vessel? how do i guard it?

Those stories are a bunch of hooey.  There is nothing that can happen to your physical body while out of it and you will not be overpowered or attacked while out of your body.  Once out you have about 20 minutes at the max before your energy is depleted and you have to go back.  With practice you will find all sorts of great things out there and your whole concept of what life really is will change. Even myself, when first beginning came back into my body backwards. I was disoriented for the rest of the afternoon but came back to my real balance after sleeping that night. The universe really takes care of its own and you will be fine.

One of my first times out i came back to a little less than an hour later and felt as if my innards had been beaten with a bat, like after an impossibly good workout but kinda different. It was cool though, in the sense that its was a physical reflex of the experience, so it stuck well.

Im trying to repeat the small success i had the first time around. Any methods you would recommend?

I think the effectiveness of certian methods depends on the individuals connection with them. Personally, I used to throw myself off of a cliff, feeling the falling sensation and the wind.

I actually came back to this method a few days ago, and had found a sort of waterside under the water, so I rode it and it took me along and dropped me off somewhere. The cliff space is like a mental 'bus stop', a conduit between the realms of physical matter and the astral.
